About
Pilot - Photographer of horizons, wildlife, faces and everyday life.
I've always been happiest with a horizon in front of me - whether that's from a cockpit or behind a viewfinder. Flying gave me a habit of noticing things most people miss from the ground - The Horizon. These days I split my time between routine flying, capturing wildlife and making portraits - always chasing the same thing: A Horizon. Based in Islamabad. Camera usually within reach.
Photography started as a way of keeping what the work otherwise moved past quickly - a formation at first light, a village at dusk, a face that held still for a second longer than expected. It's grown into four ongoing bodies of work: aviation, wildlife, portraiture, and documentary studies of everyday life.
